Handle long-haul transport nationwide, driving 10-ton trucks safely. Every vehicle is equipped with a dashcam, and operations are managed with digital tachographs for peace of mind.

Community-based mid-distance delivery. You will handle route deliveries and business-to-business deliveries.

Auto Mechanic
Handle maintenance, inspections and shaken (mandatory vehicle inspections), mainly for heavy vehicles, at our Vehicle Maintenance Service Center. Hone your skills in a well-equipped environment with the latest facilities.

Body & Paint Staff

Dispatcher / Operations Staff
Act as the control tower of our logistics: vehicle dispatch planning, operations management and driver management. This position is expected to lead to a future management role.

Driver / Mover (Hikkoshi Pack Co., Ltd.)
Charter runs, moving jobs and loading/unloading with 2t–4t trucks. Loading and driving for house moves, delivering large home appliances to households, and delivering housing equipment and store fixtures, working in teams of two. You learn on the job alongside experienced staff, so no experience is required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q.How many people have actually joined recently?
A.Since January 2026, 21 people have joined Setouchi Rikuun and Hikkoshi Pack and are now working as drivers, mechanics and office staff. Six of them are in their 20s, so many young people are joining us as well.
Q.Can I apply without experience?
A.Yes, absolutely. With our comprehensive training and on-the-job coaching from senior staff, you can become a professional driver even with no experience. If you do not have a large vehicle license, you can obtain one after joining through our license acquisition support program.
Q.What if I don’t have a large vehicle license?
A.You can obtain it after joining. The company covers 100% of the cost for both medium and large vehicle licenses. You can apply as long as you hold a standard driver’s license (manual transmission).
Q.Can I choose my work location?
A.After hearing your preferences, we assign you to one of our branches (Takamatsu Head Office, Tokushima, Kobe, Tokyo, Saitama or Kyoto) or offices (Saita or Kamojima). Please discuss the possibility of transfers at your interview.
Q.Is company housing available?
A.Yes, company housing is available at some branches. Applicants from far away are welcome. We will give you the details at the interview.
Q.What are the days off like?
A.Days off and annual holidays vary by position and location. Please contact us for the holiday conditions of the position and location you are interested in. We also encourage employees to take paid leave.
Q.What happens if driving a truck becomes difficult as I get older?
A.Our group includes a taxi company, and we support your transition to becoming a taxi driver. You can keep working comfortably for many years while making use of the driving skills you have built up.
Q.Can foreign nationals apply?
A.Yes. Foreign staff are already working with us as mechanics and drivers. Certain conditions apply, such as residence status, so please contact us for details.
Q.Can I have my interview online?
A.Yes. We can hold your interview online by LINE video call. This is convenient if you live far away or are currently working. Just tell us you would like an online interview when you apply. You are also welcome to visit the workplace before joining.
