Facility Overview
Opened in 2021, our Vehicle Maintenance Service Center is a large-scale maintenance facility on a 9,910.33 sqm site. Staffed by 12 expert technicians, we service not only our own trucks but also vehicles from other carriers and passenger cars, handling maintenance and inspections, Shaken (mandatory vehicle inspection), repairs, and body and paint work.
Three Strengths of Our Center
Large Vehicles Serviced As-Is
With four 20 m lanes, we can service and inspect trailers while they remain coupled. There is no need to uncouple large vehicles, so work proceeds efficiently from check-in to completion.
In-House & External Vehicles Welcome
In addition to maintaining our group fleet of 307 vehicles, we also accept vehicles from other carriers and the general public. We handle a wide range, from large trucks to passenger cars.
One-Stop Service
Shaken, scheduled inspections, general repairs, body and paint work, and truck-body equipment repairs are all handled within our own facility. There is no need to visit multiple workshops, which reduces management costs and vehicle downtime.
Service Menu
Shaken (Mandatory Vehicle Inspection)
Our government-certified workshop handles Shaken for all vehicle types, from kei cars to large trailers. With four lanes, several vehicles can be checked in at the same time. We carry out thorough inspections, including the statutory 24-month and 12-month inspections.
Scheduled Inspection & Maintenance
We perform the 3-month inspection required for commercial vehicles as well as 6-month and 12-month scheduled inspections. Detailed inspection records let us manage each vehicle’s condition over the long term, and preventive maintenance helps avert unexpected breakdowns.
General Maintenance & Repair
We repair every part of the vehicle, including the engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, and suspension. Our experienced mechanics accurately diagnose the cause and propose the best repair method, handling everything from parts procurement to completed repair.
Body & Paint
From minor dent and scratch repair to major collision repair and full repainting. Two tower-type frame straighteners allow us to handle severe damage requiring frame correction. We also apply rust-proofing to help extend vehicle life.
Truck-Body Equipment & Special-Purpose Vehicle Repair
We also specialize in repairs to truck-body equipment, such as wing-body opening mechanisms, refrigeration units on reefer trucks, and malfunctioning power tailgates. Our overhead crane makes repairs that involve removing and refitting heavy components smooth and efficient.
Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Area
Equipped with four 20-meter lanes, this is one of the leading heavy-vehicle facilities, able to service and inspect trailers while they remain coupled. Four twin lifts enable efficient work.
Passenger Car Maintenance Area
Equipped with a scissor lift and a four-post lift, we also handle Shaken and maintenance for passenger cars. Feel free to ask us about servicing employees’ commuter cars or your own private car.

In-House Cloud-Based Maintenance Reception Management System
We use a cloud-based web reception management system linked with Google Calendar. With no installation required, it can be accessed from anywhere and centrally manages everything from reception registration and status tracking (Received → In Progress → Completed → Handed Over) to progress monitoring on a dashboard. It also works on smartphones, enabling efficient maintenance operations on the shop floor.
For managing our maintenance operations as a whole, we have also adopted Car Doctor, which comprehensively supports our work, including customer vehicle management, work order creation, appointment scheduling, and payment management.
